Tang Soo Do

What is it? A Traditional Korean Martial art.

Who's it for? Men and women of all ages

What's involved? Forms, weapons, individual and partnerwork, drills, sparring, fitness. Belt system.
Classes are mixed and there are separate classes for children.

What's in it for me? A great way to get fit and learn new skills.
Great for coordination, flexibility and de-stressing. There's no upper
age limit with students in their 50's and 60's training and having fun.

What else can I do? Competitions, special black belt club once you reach the required level.

 

Haedong Kumdo

What is it? A Korean Sword Martial art

Who's it for? Men and women of all ages.

What's involved? Forms, cutting drills, sparring with shinai. Cutting newspaper and bamboo,and candle snuffing. Belt System.

What's in it for me? The chance to train in Korea's fastest growing martial art, only
available in Moray at DKMA!

What else can I do? Competitions and seminars with visiting Master teachers.

Ladies Fitness Kickboxing

What is it? A circuit based class for fitness, body toning, and weight loss.

Who's it for? Women of all ages and abilities.

What's involved? Pad work and cardio fitness at a level to suit everyone

What's in it for me? Balance, flexibility, coordination,
body toning and major stress relief!

What else can I do? Kick, punch, sweat and have fun.
