is it? A Traditional
Korean Martial art.
Who's
it for? Men and women
of all ages
What's
involved? Forms, weapons,
individual and partnerwork, drills, sparring, fitness. Belt
system.
Classes are mixed and there are separate
classes for children.
What's in
it for me? A great way to get fit and learn
new skills.
Great for coordination,
flexibility and de-stressing. There's
no upper age limit with students in their
50's and
60's training and having fun.
What
else can I do? Competitions,
special black belt club once you reach the required
level.
